Upjoin works with you to develop learning modules based on the specific skills and behaviors you want to improve. We'll design each program to teach, build and reinforce these behaviors in your sales and management team. We'll develop the skills of your managers to coach to these new behaviors, and build a system of measurement to make sure behaviors become second nature.

The courses in general are delivered through internal training workshops for customers, 1-2 day each on average. Meanwhile, open lectures are available at request (the course content and duration may vary accordingly).

   ¡¤The workshops elaborate practical selling skills using a number of case studies and exercises, together with video/audio teaching, helping the participants to start and advance quickly in sales field.
   ¡¤Exercises and role-plays are customized to ensure a close link to participants. The skills learned can be the starting point in sales performance improvement through the training programs.
   ¡¤The face-to-face focus groups provide frequent opportunities for practice and feedback. Participants may also work on actual accounts in the classroom and leave with action plans for those accounts.
   ¡¤The course provides each participant with a set of review materials for practising and self-assessment after the training, ensuring a continuous learning process and skill development.
